Buying from ECG
Who can buy from East Coast Cabinetry Group?
Cabinet dealers and showrooms, builders and developers, and small contractors and remodelers. We sell to the trade only.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one kitchen or a full phase of units.
How do I open a wholesale account?
Fill in the wholesale account form. We verify your business and reply within 1 business day.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 1 business day, with stock confirmed and wholesale pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, credit card (a card processing fee applies) and Zelle.
Does ECG prepare takeoffs or kitchen designs?
No. Send your own SKU list or layout and we price it. If an item is out of stock, we let you know before you order.
Products
What cabinet styles do you sell?
One Shaker door style, full overlay with a recessed panel, in Shaker White, Dove, Lightwood and Evergreen.
How many SKUs do you stock?
About 210 SKUs across base, wall, tall, vanity, finishing and organizer categories, in every finish.
Do you sell RTA or assembled cabinets?
Both. The cabinet is the same; only labor and freight change.
Do you sell door samples?
Yes, 11" x 14" Shaker door samples in all four finishes.
Do you sell touch-up kits?
Yes. There is a color-matched touch-up kit for each of the four finishes. Add it to your quote.
Delivery and service
How long does delivery take?
1–5 days to your business or jobsite.
Where do you deliver?
From Charlotte, NC to 31 states and Washington, DC, and to other locations on request.
Can I pick up my order?
Will-call pickup is available at the ECG warehouse in Charlotte, NC, Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm. We share the pickup details when your order is ready.
Do you install cabinets?
No. ECG supplies and delivers. Installation is done by your crew or installer.
What are your hours?
Office Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Warehouse Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm.
