Who we are

East Coast Cabinetry Group LLC ("ECG", "we") is a trade-only wholesale cabinet distributor based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy covers ecgcabinetry.com and the forms on it. ECG sells to businesses, so most information we receive is business contact information.

Information you give us

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

Business type, company name, website and years in business
Your name, job title, business email and phone
Business address, city, state and ZIP code
Project details, cabinet lists, order volume and messages

We do not ask for tax documents, bank details or card numbers on this site.

Information collected automatically

When a form is sent, we also receive the page it was sent from and the time it took to fill it in, which helps us block spam. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

To review wholesale account applications and manage approved accounts
To answer quote, sample, spec book and contact requests
To process orders, arrange delivery and handle warranty claims

Where it is stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored in our internal order system, and a copy is sent to info@ecgcabinetry.com. Access is limited to the ECG team. We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes.

The site uses HTTPS, and access to stored submissions is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through our forms.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies keep the site working.
