Trade-only sales
ECG sells cabinets to the trade: cabinet dealers, builders and developers, and contractors and remodelers. Wholesale pricing applies to approved accounts. ECG may approve or decline an account application at its discretion.
Wholesale accounts
You agree to give accurate business information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for orders placed under your account.
Quotes, pricing and orders
Prices are provided by written quote and depend on stock and freight. Sizes, finishes, lead times and other information on this site are for planning and may change without notice. Your written quote and order confirmation govern. An order is accepted when ECG confirms it.
Payment
ECG accepts cash, check, ACH bank transfer, credit card (a card processing fee applies) and Zelle. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice.
Delivery and pickup
Orders are delivered to the address you provide, typically in 1–5 days, or picked up at the Charlotte, NC warehouse by will-call. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Inspect every delivery on arrival, count the cartons and note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
No installation
ECG does not install cabinets. Assembly of RTA cabinets and all installation are the responsibility of the buyer or the buyer's installer.
